Khurram started his journey with Johnson Controls as the Chief Commercial Officer for Asia Pacific region where he led the growth and commercial transformation of $3.5B business across 17 Asian countries including China, India, Japan, Korea, Australia and Southeast Asia.
Over the years, Mr. Majeed held several senior executive leadership positions with General Electric and Baker Hughes. Throughout his career, he has led nearly $3 billion in sales for the Asia Pacific region, managed hundreds of millions in profits and losses, and supervised hundreds of employees. During the early stages of his career, Mr. Majeed gained valuable expertise in sales management, business development, engineering, and more as the machinery solutions manager for Emerson Process Management's Middle East and Africa region and as a reliability and maintenance engineer for Engro Corporation.
Before establishing himself professionally, Mr. Majeed holds a diploma from Government College Lahore, Pakistan and a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Pakistan's University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore. Subsequently, he completed the extreme learning program in business administration and management through The Wharton business School, a Six Sigma Green Belt certification, and various management and leadership development courses.
Alongside his work, Mr. Majeed volunteered for GE's corporate-led and corporate social responsibility programs at Johnson Controls.
