During his tenure at SKIMS, Your Super and Zinus he was instrumental in implementing central ERP systems. This streamlined resource forecasting and enhanced monitoring of inventory, production, and raw material flow. This system significantly improved user experience and system capabilities, enabling businesses to scale more efficiently. Additionally, he built a team of skilled forecasters capable of developing, validating, and effectively communicating forecasts.
Prior to his current endeavors, Mr. McKinley was the director of global demand and supply planning at Athletic Greens. He also held the position of head of global planning at Your Super. In these roles, he demonstrated strong leadership by taking charge of business operations and preparing teams for leadership roles.
Mr. McKinley's earlier career includes service as the department head and director of demand, supply planning, and purchasing at Zinus, director of merchandise inventory planning at Forever 21, the director of merchandising, inventory planning, allocation, and product development at Crazy Shirts, a senior manager of merchandise inventory planning at Provide Commerce, and a merchandise inventory planning manager at Charlotte Russe, beginning in 2005.
Mr. McKinley has also contributed his expertise as a consultant for GLG® and as a panel member for GDF. His professional journey is marked by significant achievements, such as completing marathons and consistently hitting key performance indicators.
In addition to his professional endeavors, Mr. McKinley has pursued academic achievements that have bolstered his career success. He holds an Associate of Arts in business administration with a focus on general management from El Camino City College, where he graduated in 1988.
