Additionally, she held various leadership roles at Laureate International Universities, including country head and regional admissions manager for the South Asia region from 2012 to 2014 and assistant vice president at Pearl Academy of Fashion from 2011 to 2012.
Ms. Naik's academic journey began with a Bachelor of Arts in sociology from The University Of Maryland, College Park in 2000. She furthered her education with a Master of Arts in counseling and personnel services at the University of Maryland, College Park in 2003. She also holds a graduate certificate in leadership and management from the University of Maryland Global Campus, obtained in 2010, and a certificate in Asian American studies from the University of Maryland, College Park earned in 2001. Outside of her career, Ms. Naik enjoys spending time with her dog, Ranger, traveling, and trying new cuisines.
