He earned a Bachelor of Science in agriculture with a specialization in construction systems management from The Ohio State University in 1999 and a Bachelor of Science in architecture from the same institution in 1998.
Mr. Pond attributes his success to his strong work ethic, integrity and proactive approach to problem-solving. In his personal life, Mr. Pond is deeply committed to and values time spent with his family and friends. He enjoys outdoor activities, playing basketball and, most recently, pickleball, as well as riding his motorcycle. In what little free time he has he also enjoys playing board games and completing puzzles. Looking ahead, he continues to focus on supporting his children through college as they transition to independence.
