Throughout his tenure with the organization, he managed accounts payable, pricing data analysis, and staff accountants. Similarly, he honed his professional and operational expertise in various roles with Bev's Tax Service, Santander Bank, Fraser Advanced Information Systems, and Ashley Furniture Industries.
Before establishing himself professionally, Mr. Drenning earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Albright College. Subsequently, he expanded his professional knowledge by completing an MBA focusing on ethical leadership at Alvernia University and becoming a certified management accountant through the Institute of Management Accountants. In conjunction with his work, Mr. Drenning contributes to his community as treasurer of the Governor Mifflin Music Association and The Bridge Fellowship.
Given his professional achievements, Mr. Drenning graduated with the highest honors from Albright College and was inducted into the IMAS Honor Society. While his career has been filled with highlights, he takes the most pride in completing his undergraduate and graduate degrees through night school while raising his four children with his wife, Jamie, and climbing the ranks in the industry. Though hard work and dedication have brought him far in his career, he credits his success to being self-motivated and willing to learn. Within the next three to five years, Mr. Drenning intends to develop his leadership role within Brickworks North America. Personally, he looks forward to watching his children graduate college and become successful professionals in their own right.
