PHOENIX, AZ, July 16, 2024 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Dr. Jeff McGee has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.
Building on over a decade of experience in organizational and leadership development, Dr. McGee serves as the chief executive officer and principal consultant of Cross-Cultural Dynamics, an organization he launched in 2018. In this role, he facilitates training, workshops, keynotes, seminars, conferences, and consultations with client companies seeking to improve organizational culture. Cross-Cultural Dynamics operates based on the principles of Triple Loop Leadership, a four-point model developed by Dr. McGee. Through this standard, he supports efforts to train leaders, boards, and employees while managing proposals and contracts and building relationships with new clients.
Concurrently with his work at Cross-Cultural Dynamics, Dr. McGee teaches courses at Justice College, offering his knowledge to the next generation. Prior to these positions, he gained experience as the director of operations for a nonprofit organization. Dr. McGee built his reputation for communication and leadership as a certified life coach with LifeChangers and as a case specialist with Auberle, where he worked directly with families and communities to keep children safe. Previously, he served as an instructor and mentor with AmeriCorps in 2010, where he developed, implemented and taught the curriculum for adult education courses.
A strong academic foundation supports Dr. McGee's singular approach to transforming organizations. He received a bachelor's degree in community ministry in 2010 and a master's degree in organizational leadership in 2012, both from Geneva College. Dr. McGee earned a Doctor of Education in educational leadership and administration from Northern Arizona University. He attributes his success to the enduring support of family and colleagues.
Beyond his primary vocation, Dr. McGee has published numerous articles explaining the Cross-Cultural Model of Collaboration. He also expanded on this concept in his first book, "One Human Race: Five Stages To Empower Transformative Change," published in 2021. Dr. McGee's success has been recognized through being named one of Phoenix's Top 100 CEOs by Titan 100 in 2023 and 2024.
Long committed to improving the wider community, Dr. McGee devotes much of his time outside of his professional life to civic engagement, such as volunteering on several boards of directors. He enjoys traveling and spending time with his family. Looking to the future, Dr. McGee hopes to continue spreading knowledge of Triple-Loop Leadership on a larger platform and scale. To that end, he is educating himself on cutting-edge technology like artificial intelligence and exploring how these advances could be integrated into organizational and leadership development efforts. Dr. McGee aims to use all avenues to build better community collaboration and positively impact society.
