Before that, he was president of Fleck Aerospace Solutions from 2020 to 2021, where he led strategic initiatives and provided consultancy services to various aerospace clients.
Mr. Fleck's tenure at Aviation Technical Services also included roles as director of engineering solutions in 2020 and director of business development–component services from 2016 to 2020. His earlier career at Boeing saw him leading in several management positions: senior manager of customer accounts from 2011 to 2015, senior manager of new and derivative airplanes from 2010 to 2011, and manager of 787 service ready operations from 2005 to 2010.
A 2008 graduate of City University of Seattle with a Bachelor of Arts in business administration and management, Mr. Fleck attributes his success to honesty, transparency, hard work, integrity, and reliability.
