In preparation for her career, Dr. Michaud earned a Bachelor of Science in pharmacy from Laval University in 2001, followed by a Master of Science in pharmaceutical sciences and a Doctor of Philosophy in pharmaceutical sciences from the University of Montreal in 2003 and 2009, respectively. Additionally, she completed postdoctoral work focusing on HIV at McGill University in 2010 and in clinical pharmacology at Indiana University Indianapolis in 2012. Moreover, she completed a NIH formation in 2012 in clinical pharmacology.
Apart from her education, Dr. Michaud's professional affiliations include membership in the American Society of Clinical Pharmacology, the International Society for the Study of Xenobiotics, the International Society of Pharmacovigilance, and the Association in North America for Pharmacovigilance and Safety.
