Throughout his career, Dr. Sinha's contributions have been recognized with numerous awards, such as the Inc. 5000 Award in 2020 and the Indira Gandhi Award from the Indira Gandhi Society in 2007. In addition to his professional pursuits, he is also actively involved in civic-minded organizations as the president of FIEG and a founder and promoter of the Agilers & Scrum Practitioner's Forum.
