Since stepping into a co-ownership role, his responsibilities now encompass managing inventory, delegating tasks and ensuring smooth operations through meticulous email correspondence. Prior to earning a bachelor's degree, Mr. Leavell completed coursework in business administration and management at Texas A&M University in 1997 and Blinn College in 1995. All in all, his academic background laid a solid foundation for his career, equipping him with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in his field. In reflecting on his career, Mr. Leavell attributes much of his success to the values instilled by his father, who insisted he earn a college degree before he joined the family business. This insistence on education and hard work has been a cornerstone of his professional philosophy. Through his involvement in the family business, Mr. Leavell has maintained his deeprooted connection to the business and upheld its commitment to its continued success.
In both his personal and professional life, Mr. Leavell always strives to stay positive and lives by the motto "No risk, no reward". Outside of his role as a businessman, he is a devoted family man with one son and twin daughters, who enjoys traveling with his family, exploring the outdoors, fishing and embarking on road trips with his children.
