From 2018 to 2021, she advanced through the ranks at Cotton Holdings Inc., rising from director to vice president of talent acquisition.
In 2021, Ms. Heywood transitioned to CAZ Investments, where she initially served as chief talent officer before becoming principal in 2022. Her extensive experience in these roles equipped her with the insights and expertise necessary to launch Augustine Talent Group, where she now specializes in high-level recruitment within the financial services sector. Ms. Heywood's academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in business, management, marketing and support services from Texas A&M University, where she graduated in 1987.
