Before accepting her current position, Mrs. Hasiba thrived as a talent and organizational design strategy consultant at Accenture, a global management consulting firm, from 2014 to 2019. She led teams out of the New York City, USA and Lagos, Nigeria offices. Prior to joining Accenture, she passionately served in the nonprofit sector, first at Chicago Public Schools as a project manager, then at PAWS Chicago as the manager of workforce planning, and later as a business strategy consultant and the interim executive director for a nonprofit organization. Deeply committed to having a positive impact beyond her professional endeavors, Mrs. Hasiba now sits on the Board of PAWS Chicago, the very organization she once served as a volunteer, intern, and employee. She also actively promotes the importance of STEM education and diversity, equity, and inclusion through partnerships, collaborations, and industry presentations.
Mrs. Hasiba strives to be a positive role model for others in the industry and for her daughters by demonstrating the many possibilities available to young professional women. Mrs. Hasiba's academic achievements include a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Communications from Northwestern University, which she earned in 2007. Notably, she was inspired to make a meaningful contribution to industries focused on sustainability and the longevity of mankind and subsequently pursued graduate studies in a discipline that aligned with her values. Mrs. Hasiba is proud to hold a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, which she completed in 2016.
