She is a proud member and current board member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI), from whom she received the Small Management Company of the Year award in 2017. As a foundation for her professional success, Ms. Parsons completed coursework at the University of Nevada, Reno between 1992 and 1994 after obtaining her high school diploma. She then enhanced her qualifications in community management by becoming a Certified Manager of Community Associations, granted by the Community Association Managers International Certification Board in 1999, and an Association Management Specialist.
