Mrs. Webb's academic background laid the foundation for her successful career. She earned an Associate of Arts in liberal arts and sciences from Bakersfield College in 2004 and subsequently completed her Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on marketing from California State University, Bakersfield in 2006. Additionally, she holds a Community Bank Compliance Officer (CCBCO) certification from Independent Community Bankers of America and a Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) certification from the American Bankers Association.
In her personal life, Mrs. Webb enjoys hiking, boating, fishing, traveling and spending quality time with her family. Her success in the field is a product of her dedication, hard work and the unwavering support of her husband and family. In the upcoming years, she aims to continue advancing in the field of compliance with aspirations of becoming a compliance officer. She also plans to obtain additional certifications to aid her career progression and return to a management role where she can mentor others in achieving their career goals.
