Before his tenure at Humana, Dr. Crawley held key leadership positions with a global reach. He was the vice president of global sales at [24]7.ai, Inc. from 2022 to 2023, where he led worldwide sales initiatives and strategies. He also acted as the senior director of global sales at Movate between 2021 and 2022, overseeing international sales operations. From 2018 to 2021, Dr. Crawley was the global account management and sales director at Sitel Group, managing global accounts and driving sales growth.
Earlier in his career, Dr. Crawley was an account manager for client services at Teleperformance from 2014 to 2018. His experience also included roles as an operations leader and procurement liaison at UPS between 2004 and 2015, a territory sales manager at Express Scripts Holding Company from 2013 to 2014, and an inside sales representative at Dell between 2010 and 2013.
Dr. Crawley's academic accomplishments have been instrumental in his professional trajectory. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Louisville, a Master of Business Administration in healthcare administration and management from Florida Institute of Technology, and a Doctor of Business Administration from Trident University International. Complementing his academic credentials, Dr. Crawley is certified in CRC software and basic disputing from Credit Repair Cloud.
Outside of his career endeavors, Dr. Crawley is a member of the National Black MBA Association. He also enjoys mentoring others, is affiliated with the Youth Professionals Association of Louisville, and is a life member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc. These affiliations reflect his dedication to professional development and community involvement. Previously, Dr. Crawley was a board of directors for Keen Dance Theater from 2014 to 2018 and the board chair for Tip Top Kids between 2021 and 2022.

He believes that helping people access their medications, enroll in supportive programs, and meet their needs, especially in low-income or underserved communities, makes his work meaningful.
