Dr. Rodgers-Gamble began her career as a clinical research associate at Covance in 2010.
In preparation for her career, Dr. Rodgers-Gamble earned a Bachelor of Science in life sciences from Pennsylvania State University in 2008, a Master of Science in clinical research administration from Walden University in 2012, and a Doctor of Business Administration, cum laude, from California Southern University in 2019.
In addition to her primary endeavors, Dr. Rodgers-Gamble is actively involved in several professional organizations. She is a member of the Diversity Alliance for Science, the National Small Business Association, the Women Business Enterprise National Council, and Worldwide Women's Association, among others.
Dr. Rodgers-Gamble's civic involvement includes membership in the Chamber of Commerce for Greater Philadelphia and participation in her local church community.
