Later that year, she joined Willis Towers Watson as a Senior Analyst of the Absence and Disability Management practice. Ms. Nelson's expertise led to her promotion as a consultant in 2016. In 2017, she was recruited by Mercer as a Senior Associate for the Life, Absence, and Disability practice before advancing to Principal Consultant in 2020.
In 2022, Ms. Nelson joined New York Life Insurance Company as a Corporate Vice President - Director of Client Solutions. Her tenure there lasted until 2024, when she assumed her current role at Aon. Throughout her career, she has been recognized for her unique business approach and exceptional ability to establish and nurture strong relationships within the industry.
