Along with other industry scholars, Dr. Rich has also contributed to such articles as "Promoting Antifungal Stewardship as a Means of Optimizing the Management of Invasive Fungal Infections," "Impact of the Entry-Level Doctor of Pharmacy Degree" and "Advancements in the Treatment of Psoriasis: Role of Biologic Agents."
Dr. Rich's commitment to the field is further demonstrated by his active involvement in various professional associations and organizations. An expert in his field, Dr. Rich earned a Bachelor of Science in pharmacy from the University of Michigan and a PhD in theocentric business ethics from American College. Driven to remain abreast of changes in the field, he has held affiliations with the Oakland County Pharmacists Association, the Michigan Board of Pharmacy, the Michigan Pharmacists Association, the Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy, the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists, the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy, and the Southeastern Michigan Society of Health-System Pharmacists.
