Here she was recognized for her work in training personnel in EPA regulations governing R&D and Manufacturing. In this role, she had oversight of six businesses including Central Research at the DuPont Experimental Station, a demanding yet exhilarating effort.
Ms. Liverpool holds a master's degree in organic chemistry from Fisk University and a bachelor's degree in chemistry from Howard University. Her academic background laid a strong foundation for her success and provided the technical expertise necessary for her groundbreaking work in healthcare innovation.
Ms. Liverpool's journey into entrepreneurship was inspired by personal observations and challenges faced by caregivers. After returning from the South Africa in the mid-2000s, she encountered difficulties in the job market due to significant changes in workplace requirements. As a result, she was motivated to create solutions for caregivers via entrepreneurship. Despite financial challenges, she successfully filed for patents and grew her organization with the help of resources available during COVID-19, excellent legal guidance and dedicated team members.
Adjacent to her main responsibilities Ms. Liverpool continues to be involved with various organizations and maintains connections with groups with which she has interacted throughout her various endeavors. Her aim is to make a positive impact by improving the lives of patients and making caregiving easier and more comfortable. End-of-life experiences - ending with dignity - are important to a patient's ongoing quality of life. Her inventions are intended to enhance this critical period.
