Prior to establishing her own coaching and consulting firm in 2019, her professional journey began at Hartford Steam Boiler (now a Munich Re company), where she worked as a marketing specialist from 1992 to 1994. From 1994 to 1996, Ms. Bilotti-Peterson joined Korn Ferry, where she honed her skills in recruiting C-level executives and learning what extraordinary leadership looked like up close.

Between 1998 and 2002, she served as an executive recruiter at Ceannas and Horton International and, soon after, her career progressed when she took on the role of vice president of human resources at Hartford Financial Services from 2002 to 2012, followed by her position as chief human resources officer at The Hanover Insurance Group from 2013 to 2018, a 5,000 employee company where she served on the Executive Leadership Team and created and executed a human resource strategy to evolve the company to the next level through their people and culture.
To build on the success of Longview Consulting and expand on its offerings, Ms. Bilotti-Peterson launched Longview Vitality in 2023.
Coupled with her wealth of experience, she earned a Master of Business Administration from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 2000 after graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in marketing and communication from Central Connecticut State University in 1992.
Ms. Bilotti-Peterson is certified as a Professional Certified Coach by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), by the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), in the Hogan Assessment, and by the Center for Coaching Certification (CCC). For her mindset work that combines executive leadership development and behavior change, she is trained and certified as a Rapid Transformational Therapist (RTT). She is currently in training for Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner (FDNP) and as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) July 2024.
Along with prioritizing her professional development, she has authored several publications on topics related to her expertise, such as purpose-driven coaching, which reflect her commitment to helping clients achieve better performance and enjoy their careers.
As a result of her accomplishments and contributions, Ms. Bilotti-Peterson was named one of the Top Ten Women Leaders to Look Out For by the Hartford Business Journal in 2024.
