His expertise in data converters, power management design (PMIC) and analog and mixed-signal integrated circuit design for a variety of applications is a testament to his dedication and skill in the industry. Prior to his current position, Dr. Omole was a senior analog design engineer at Dialog Semiconductor from 2016 until 2020. During this time, he honed his skills and contributed significantly to the company's development of innovative high-speed PMIC design for portable computing and consumer applications projects.
Before joining Dialog Semiconductor, Dr. Omole was employed by Microchip Technology Inc. from 2013 to 2016 as a senior analog design engineer. His work involved intricate designs using sub-micron CMOS technologies that were integral to the development of microcontroller applications. In 2006, he further developed his expertise as an analog and mixed-signal IC design engineer at Freescale Semiconductor until 2012 with emphasis on designs for automotive applications. Dr. Omole's early career also included valuable experience as a contracted IC layout engineer for PMC-Sierra Inc., later acquired by Microsemi, from 2004 to 2006.
Building upon a solid multi-national/continental educational foundation, Dr. Omole earned his Ph.D. in research and development of Algorithms and High-Speed Mixed-Signal Designs for Data Communication from the University of Calgary, Canada in 2004 under the supervision of Prof. B. Maundy & Prof. A. Sesay. He also holds a Master of Science and Diploma of Imperial College with an emphasis on VLSI and analog linear electronics from Imperial College London, U.K. which he completed in 1999 under the supervision and lectures of Dr. A. Burdett, Dr. C. Papavasiliou and Prof. C. Toumazou. Dr. Omole's undergraduate studies culminated in a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria in 1997 drawing inspirations, and tutelage from the lectures of Prof. G. Ajayi, Prof. J.B. Olomo and Prof. Kuku to name a few.

Additionally, with contributions extending beyond his field of interest, his benevolent association with Charity Water, and Feeding America as well as volunteer work with Feed My Starving Children highlights his ongoing dedication to humanitarian work.
In his personal life, Dr. Omole enjoys various interests that reflect his dynamic character. An avid basketball fan, he not only follows the sport but has also played and served as captain of his high school team during which he remained humbled by a selection and invitation to his state's basketball team camp. Balancing career ambitions with personal fulfillment, he cherishes family time with his wife and three children, who bring joy and inspiration beyond his profession. His daughter has performed at Sydney Opera House in Australia as part of world-selected team of high-school singers for the Honor Performance Series Program. His elder son, has successfully been a senior captain of his high school Varsity basketball team and led the team to a 3A State Championship Runner-Up accomplishment; erasing almost a decade drought for his school attaining this feat. His younger son is now part of his middle school basketball team following in the footsteps of his elder brother. He remains forever grateful for the sacrifices of his family; support of his brothers and sisters, and the generous sacrifices of his amazing mom and dad (of late memory) who made it a point of duty that he attained whatever level of higher education he desires knowing fully well that their own education was limited due to the hard economic circumstances of their own parents.
