Over the years, she has significantly impacted acute care communities through the Institute for Healthcare Improvement's One-thousand Lives and 5 Million Lives Campaigns. Additionally, Ms. Dann achieved "Perfect Care" initiatives for various clinical conditions, including total joint replacement, congestive heart failure, acute myocardial infarction, community-acquired pneumonia, and surgical care infection prevention.
Due to her vast knowledge, Ms. Dann has published several papers, including "Managers Ask and Answer," "Successful Interviewing and Selection Strategies for Patient-Centered Care Delivery," and "Speaking of Health: Labor and Delivery."
