She also spent 10 years immersed in the culinary and pastry sectors.

Building upon a solid educational foundation, Ms. Domejczyk earned a Bachelor of Science in food science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Additionally , she completed studies in culinary arts and pastry arts at Johnson and Wales University.

Ms. Domejczyk's commitment to her field extends beyond her professional duties. She is an active member of the University of Massachusetts Amherst alumni board. This involvement keeps Ms. Domejczyk connected with her fellow alums and allows her to contribute to the academic community, which has significantly shaped her career.

Ms. Domejczyk attributes much of her success to the robust network of people around her, her ongoing affiliation with the university post-graduation, and an open-minded approach that has influenced her transition into leadership within Unilever. She also notes the inspiration she has garnered from her brother, a professional food scientist.
