Her career in real estate began at Executive Appraisals in Granite Bay, California, where she worked as a certified appraiser and marketing specialist from 2002 to 2007.
Ms. Johnson's diverse professional background also includes roles outside of real estate. She was a pharmaceutical sales representative for Forest Pharmaceuticals, worked in corporate sales at Hewlett-Packard and served in various managerial roles at USA Student Travel and Dictaphone.
Ms. Johnson's academic background laid a strong foundation for her career achievements. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from California State University-Sacramento in 1994 and is also a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser.

She was the philanthropy chair for the Kevin Collins Foundation under Sigma Omega Chi, along with volunteer efforts for the non-profit A Touch of Understanding, helping teach elementary school children empathy regarding physical and mental disabilities.
