Dr. Hopf also worked for Bobcat Company as a manufacturing engineering co-op. In 2007, she joined GE Aviation, beginning as a composites sourcing co-op, advancing through the reputable Operations Management Leadership Program, and progressing to quality specialist and material planner. Dr. Hopf was recruited to acpi in 2013, where she progressed through several positions, including process engineer, senior engineer, plant operations lead, operations value stream leader, and business systems analyst between 2013 and 2019. She also briefly worked as a manufacturing project engineer for Polaris Inc. in 2019.
To prepare for her career, Dr. Hopf earned a Bachelor of Science in industrial engineering from North Dakota State University in 2008, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Mississippi in 2012, and a Doctor of Business Administration from Walden University in 2024. Her dedication to continuous learning is evident through her numerous credentials, including LinkedIn certifications related to project management and operational excellence and Six Sigma Green Belt certification through the American Society for Quality (ASQ).
