Before taking on the senior project manager role, Ms. Traynor Smith developed her network at Stanford with 14 years of responsibility as a civil engineer for the Utilities group at Stanford and a Project Manager in the Zones group.
During the early stages of her career, between 2000 and 2006, Ms. Traynor Smith amassed a wealth of technical expertise on civil works projects at several consulting firms in San Diego. Within these roles she prepared the plans, budgets and schedules for civil engineering projects at Boyle Engineering, gained valuable expertise as a water resources engineer for Hunsaker & Associates and as a member of the civil engineering group at Earth Tech through which she honed her modeling expertise, familiarity with CEQA alternatives analyses, Letters of Map Revision for FEMA and schedule management for complex projects.
