Before joining Bank of America, Mr. Best took on multiple positions at Solectron, including global program manager, global supply chain solutions manager, and senior materials manager. He built his comprehensive understanding of his field with early stints at Boeing and Hydroforce.
Mr. Best's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in biomedical engineering from The University of Tennessee in 1997, followed by a Master of Science in industrial engineering at the same institution in 2001. Rounding out his education, he earned a Master of Business Administration in supply chain management from the Haslam College of Business at The University of Tennessee, also in 2001. Mr. Best's Six Sigma Green Belt certification further complements his extensive skill set.
