Before her current role, Ms. Naharas was the Finance Director at Swrve from 2015 to 2016, played a crucial role in venture capital funding and managing the due diligence process for a company acquisition. She also worked on financial model and reporting SaaS KPIs and was responsible for financial reporting to investors and banks. Ms. Naharas was also the Finance Manager for Global facilities and real estate at Levi Strauss & Co.in 2012, overseeing technical accounting matters, including revenue recognition and contract review.
Her career began as a Finance Manager/Controller at GDA Technologies Inc. in San Jose, California, from 1999 to 2006. She later served as Controller at Dealix Corporation in Redwood City, California, from 2006 to 2007, Business Line Controller at NXP/ST Ericsson in San Jose from 2007 to 2009, and Finance and Accounting consultant at Third Planet Windpower LLC in San Ramon, California, from 2011 to 2012.She was also a Treasurer for Hypertransport Technology Consortium from 2005 until 2020.
Ms. Naharas holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya in Indore, India (1997), and an MBA in Finance from Clark University in Worcester, Massachusetts (1999).
