Likewise, she honed her professional experiences with Becton, Dickinson and Company and Mercedez Benz. She holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Seton Hall University and an expert in her field. Ten years later, in 1996, Ms. Deer became a certified public accountant.
Given her professional achievements, Mrs. Deer received a Star Award from Novartis for her dedication to excellence.
