Mr. Martínez-Paz also held the positions of executive vice president at BBDO Worldwide. His career began as an account executive at Saatchi & Saatchi and later Account Director at FCB Global. Mr. Martínez-Paz's academic background has played a crucial role in his achievements. He completed a Bachelor of Arts in communications with a minor in history from the University of Puerto Rico's Río Piedras Campus in 1995. Mr. Martínez-Paz went on to earn a Master of Science in design thinking and product innovation from the University of Barcelona in 2021. Additionally, he received a certificate of completion from Babson College's senior management program.
