Ms. Hokenberg began her career in sales training and developed into a human resources leader in the financial services and technology sectors.

She has proven success with providing strategic direction to optimize performance, people, and process; making significant achievement in developing people focused solutions aligned to business strategies and leading the growth and development of high performing organizations.
Ms. Hokenberg's academic background is robust and has significantly contributed to her professional success. She earned a Master of Science in human resources management from Fordham University and a Bachelor of Arts in behavioral science from Drew University. Additionally, she holds several certifications that underscore her expertise; a Senior Professional in Human Resources, Certified Professional in Talent Development and a Senior Certified Professional, Society of Human Resources Management. She also holds a certification in business coaching from North Carolina State University.
