Grounded in his commitment to support developing leaders, Mr. Sollars is publishing a book with his granddaughter "Scarecrow Finds a Heart" that allows parents of children and leaders of systems, a path for creating new kinds of dialogue when communities experience breakdowns in communication that result in breaking trust and hurtful differences.
