In 2022 Mr. Molina was hired as a remote Fire Plans Reviewer through a second third-party inspection company. This stamped his dedication to ensuring compliance with fire and building standards. Despite retiring after two decades of service as a fire inspector, Mr. Molina found renewed purpose in his work with these two third-party companies. Although full-time employment negotiations did not materialize, he successfully launched RPM Building & Code, INC. in 2023, allowing him to collaborate with other organizations requiring his specialized knowledge.
Mr. Molina's educational background includes professional certification in Heating, Air conditioning, Ventilation, and Refrigeration from the College of Lake County. He also received certification as a Master Code Professional, Certified Building Official and Certified Fire Marshall from the International Code Council, his fire protection specialist was enhanced with several Certifications from the Illinois State Fire Marshall Office, additional certifications include NABCEP Photovoltaic Special Inspector, City of Chicago Supervisor Electrical License and Part 107 Drone Pilot License.
