In 1996, he joined Citizens Financial Group Inc. as a bankcard analyst, where he honed his analytical skills. From 1997 to 2001, he worked as an actuarial analyst at Milliman & Robertson, further developing his proficiency in statistical analysis and risk assessment.
In 2001, Mr. Marshall transitioned to RiverStone Resources LLC, where he served as a credit analyst and financial analyst for a decade. His work involved evaluating financial risks and providing strategic insights to support the company's financial stability. In 2011, he joined the New Hampshire Department of State as a statistician, where he continues to make significant contributions.
Mr. Marshall's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in mathematics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He also received a Master of Science in operations research and statistics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a second Master of Science in finance from Southern New Hampshire University. Additionally, Mr. Marshall has an Associate in Risk Management certification from the Insurance Institute of America.
In addition to his professional achievements, Mr. Marshall has made significant contributions to his community. He has served as the treasurer for Habitat for Humanity and his local church. His dedication to public service is further exemplified by his role as an election official in Manchester, New Hampshire, where he has served as a moderator for over 10 years and has been recognized multiple times as a top election official. Furthermore, Mr. Marshall is active in the American Legion as a veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard, the New Hampshire Historical Society, the Rhode Island Historical Society, American Mensa, and the Manchester Historic Association.
