Since 2020, he has also served his country as a reserve logistics officer with the U.S. Army. His previous roles include project manager and platoon leader from 2012 to 2013, forward support company executive officer between 2013 and 2014, battalion maintenance officer from 2014 to 2016, and senior program manager and operations and planning officer until 2017. These positions have equipped Mr. Haney with a robust understanding of logistics and supply chain management and have significantly shaped his leadership skills.
In preparation for his career, Mr. Haney acquired a Bachelor of Business Administration in management and operations from Michigan Technological University in 2011 and a Master of Business Administration from Webster University in 2015. He also received several professional credentials, including a logistics leadership certificate and a designation in supply chain management from Army Logistics University in 2012 and 2016, respectively, and a financial management certification from Cornell University in 2018.
In addition to his primary career objectives, Mr. Haney is a professional member of the Land Mavericks Society, where he has served as an investment director since 2023. The organization focuses on empowering professionals in the land investing industry with guidance, support, strategies, and funding to excel in their field.
Outside of his professional life, Mr. Haney is actively involved in civic organizations. He founded Our Shalom Inc. in 2023.
