Earlier in his career, Mr. Farley served as a test engineer for the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement, where he was employed from 1987 to 1991. Entering the gaming industry shortly after receiving a bachelor's degree in engineering, he discovered his passion for the profession and has been evolving his career within the field ever since. To remain abreast of developments in his areas of expertise, Mr. Farley has also maintained affiliations with numerous organizations, such as the North American Gaming Regulators Association, the American Amusement Machine Association, the Oklahoma Indian Gaming Association and the National Indian Gaming Association.
As a testament to his success and longevity in the industry, Mr. Farley was bestowed with the Warrior Award from the Oklahoma Indian Gaming Association in 2010. Adjacent to his primary interests, he has been involved in several civic matters, having recently returned from India with his family, where they aided in the construction of an orphanage and skills training center. The endeavor was helmed by a Catholic priest, who blessed the institutions and oversaw the grand opening of both facilities. Looking toward the future, Mr. Farley aims to continue growing Eclipse Compliance Testing to expand its scope of services. Ultimately, he intends to identify a suitable successor to take the helm of the organization while he eases into a well-deserved retirement.
