Before her calling to spiritual care, Ms. Russell had a successful career in interior design and project management between 1988 and 2009. Among her noteworthy roles, she worked as an interior designer/facilities planner and project manager for Harley Ellis Devereaux Architects assigned to DTE Energy Design, Development & Construction Department, and as an interior designer and facility and project manager for Tapfin Process Solutions, a COMSYS Company assigned to Pfizer Global Operations Headquarters. Ms. Russell's first position in this sector was as an interior designer at Alan J.E. Deal & Associates.
