Before joining Continental, he was an entrepreneur who succeeded at Germex Projects from 2006 to 2012 in building a nationwide retail network. Mr. Becker also worked at Siemens A&D EA OS as a manager of order management between 2004 and 2007.
In preparation for his future, Mr. Becker earned a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from Munich University of Applied Sciences in 2005. He also completed coursework in European business and management at Brunel University London.
