During this time, Mr. Bost honed his leadership and administrative skills, which paved the way for his subsequent role as head principal between 2020 and 2024.
In 2024, Mr. Bost transitioned to his current role as a behavior intervention specialist at Wichita Public Schools. In this capacity, he provides instruction and behavior intervention for students facing difficulties in the classroom or school environment. Additionally, Mr. Bost has been an author and speaker for the past two years, sharing his insights and experiences with the masses.
Before pivoting into education, Mr. Bost enjoyed a tenured position as a screen room supervisor for Rand Graphics from 1990 to 2002.
Mr. Bost's academic achievements have significantly contributed to his success in education and leadership. He earned a bachelor's degree in education from Wichita State University in 2002 and a master's degree in school leadership from Baker University in 2010.
