Earlier in his career at Genpact, Mr. Lingareddy thrived as a senior manager of lean digital transformation for the Americas from 2017 to 2019 and for the Asia-Pacific region in 2017. He began his journey at Genpact as a manager of Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from 2015 to 2017. Before joining Genpact, Mr. Lingareddy worked as a kaizen promotion officer at Amazon from 2013 to 2015 and as an assistant production manager at Kama Schachter from 2010 to 2012.
Mr. Lingareddy's educational achievements further define his presence in the field. He earned a Bachelor of Engineering from Andhra University in Visakhapatnam, India, in 2008, and he proudly completed a master's degree in operations and manufacturing management from Symbiosis International University in Pune, India, in 2010. Mr. Lingareddy also holds distinct credentials that elevate his profile, including being named an AWS-certified cloud practitioner and a Google cloud-certified digital leader. Mr. Lingareddy has also earned Lean Six Sigma master black belt, Luma Institute Design Thinking Practitioner certification and APICS supply chain management certification.
