Following 7 years of distinguished service in the United States Navy, Naval Aviation, Mr. Bailey pursued a career in technology in 1999. Over the course of the next 23 years of his career, Mr. Bailey held executive positions in Sales, Engineering, Operations, Network Operations, General Management, and Chief Operating Officer. He participated in 7 mergers and acquisitions over that same period with privately held and publicly traded companies. The contributions of his and his teams to those companies generated hundreds of millions of dollars in annual revenue and billions of dollars in annual savings for the clients that they worked with.
Mr. Bailey's experiences, successes, and most importantly failures over the course of his 30-year career honed his skills and leadership style and prepared him for the founding of TREUCxO and TREU Partners in 2023. As a result of his education and professional focus, he is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, reflecting his commitment to staying connected with industry advancements. Throughout his career, Mr. Bailey's dedication to excellence has earned him various performance awards and military commendations.
Beyond his professional achievements, Mr. Bailey is actively involved with civic-minded organizations, such as the Rotary International, Autism Society of America, and Ainsley's Angels of America-associations that underscore his commitment to building community and giving back. Outside of his professional life, he is the proud father of two children and enjoys do-it-yourself projects, running, biking for charitable causes, motorcycle riding, non-fiction reading, and spending time with his family.
