Mr. Diep is recognized for his contributions to the media and entertainment industry throughout his extensive career spanning over 25 years. His role involves providing crucial insights, audience metrics, and guidance for sales support. Mr. Diep also collaborates with various departments to emphasize the importance of diverse audiences in both linear and digital platforms, demonstrating how certain shows attract diverse viewers and turn potential declines into opportunities, as well as provide aid to the entertainment, streaming, MC&I and social media pillars.

Initially launching his career in 1999, Mr. Diep was an ad sales-sales assistant at Turner Broadcasting System Inc. He quickly advanced to roles such as ad sales research assistant at Cartoon Network and ad sales research analyst at CNN International. From 2002 to 2003, he served as a systems analyst in client services and helpdesk at Mediaocean (formerly Donovan Data Systems). Subsequently, Mr. Diep's tenure at Horizons Enrichment Inc. between 2000 and 2008 as an enrichment program operations manager and administrator was instrumental in showcasing his ability to manage complex issues.

In 2004, Mr. Diep was offered a position with the Food Network, Warner Bros. Discovery, as an ad sales senior research analyst, where he worked until 2008. He transitioned to NBC Sports Regional Networks, NBCUniversal Inc., as a senior research and marketing solutions analyst until 2013 before being acquired by the Game Show Network as a sales research director for digital and linear from 2013 to 2017, marking a significant milestone in his career.

Earning progressive roles, Mr. Diep became a manager ad sales research and strategy advisor at NBC Vertical Sales Solutions, NBCUniversal Media LLC, in 2018, a manager research and insights specialist at MediaCom that same year, and a digital marketing consultant for research and audience insights at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in 2019 before joining The Walt Disney Company.

In addition to his full-time career endeavors, Mr. Diep has found fulfillment as a mentor for Baruch College's executive-on-campus program, sharing his knowledge and guiding others in their career paths.

Mr. Diep's academic achievements include a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Lubin School of Business at Pace University in 1998 and a Master of Business Administration from New England College in 2012. He also holds certifications in digital marketing strategy and finance from Baruch College and business analytics from the University of Pennsylvania.

In addition to his work-related activities, Mr. Diep is a member of the New York Road Runners, a dragon boat racing competitor of 20 years and serves on the board of directors for the Prader-Willi Alliance of New York. He has also been recognized for his mentoring efforts, notably receiving the Mentor Recognition Award from Baruch College's executive-on-campus program in 2017.

Mr. Diep attributes his success to staying true to himself and remaining honest and genuine, values instilled by his family's immigrant background. Looking ahead, he aims to advance further in his career while pursuing his passion for teaching. Mr. Diep hopes to become an adjunct or guest lecturer at a college or university where he can share his extensive knowledge and experiences with aspiring students.
