Since founding the organization in 2020, she has been instrumental in care plan meetings for clients, managing financial issues and overseeing volunteer recruitment and training. Additionally, Ms. Morgan has served as a notary public since 2022 and has been a freelance web developer with Fastline Marketing Group since 2019.
Ms. Morgan's diverse career includes environmental science, education and software engineering.
As a further testament to her dedication to her career, Ms. Morgan is an active member of several industry-related organizations, including serving as the Regional Champion for the South Region of the Indiana Geriatrics Society, a committee member for the Indiana Department of Health's 9th District Health Equity Committee, a conference committee member of the National Guardianship Association, Board Trustee for the LifeSpring Foundation and former Vice President of Southern Indiana Pride. She also founded the Women's Issues Caucus of Clark County, and is an active participant in local politics.
Ms. Morgan's educational background has significantly contributed to her professional success. She holds a bachelor's degree in environmental science from the American Military University, earned in 2013, and an associate's degree in general studies from Jefferson Community College in Kentucky, completed in 2007.
Ms. Morgan has obtained several certifications that have bolstered her career achievements. These include being a certified professional guardian through the National Guardianship Association, back and front-end web development certifications from Code Louisville, customer service training from Alison and the MoCA cognitive assessment certification from Montreal Cognitive Assessment.

Her journey into guardianship began unexpectedly when she was approached by someone who needed help advocating for vulnerable adults. The role resonated deeply with her due to her previous advocacy work for her own three special needs children. This opportunity inspired Ms. Morgan to pursue more knowledge on the subject, leading her to understand the need in the area for a program to help the less fortunate.
In addition to her professional endeavors, Ms. Morgan is actively involved in various civic organizations. She serves as secretary for the Clark County Democratic Alliance and a board trustee for Lifespring Foundation of Indiana Inc. Previously, she was vice president of the Southern Indiana Pride Foundation and a marketing consultant for charity events with the Business and Professional Women's Foundation.
Outside of her career, Ms. Morgan enjoys playing the piano and spending time with her family and three dogs. She is currently running for county commissioner with a focus on ensuring sustainable business growth amid significant expansion efforts and public safety.
