In addition to her professional experience, Ms. Ward brings to her work a bachelor's degree in mass communications from the University of Central Arkansas and a master's degree in applied communications and training from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Her exceptional master's thesis earned her the institution's Governor's Award for Creating Better Organizational Cultures in 2019.
Building upon her professional skillset, Ms. Ward holds a certification in crisis emergency response communication training from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Her dedication also extends beyond her professional life, as she is a longtime volunteer with Arkansas Hospice.
