In addition to his work at iPaySmart, where he has been active as Chief Product Officer since 2023, Mr. Singh is also affiliated with ACI Worldwide, a payment systems company that focuses on facilitating real-time electronic payments. Having served as the senior vice president and global head of the merchant business unit (MBU) between 2022 and 2023, he was responsible for driving innovation and product delivery, representing more than $500 million in annual revenue. In this capacity, he is most proud to have stepped into his leadership role during a challenging period, one in which the MBU faced an urgent need to restructure its division to align with the latest digital transformation initiatives. Under Mr. Singh's leadership and canny ability to build a strong, collaborative and high-performing team, the MBU successfully launched more than 25 new products in just three years.
Prior to his work at ACI Worldwide, Mr. Singh worked at Equifax as the global head of product strategy and management and identity and fraud, as well as the senior director of product strategy and management from 2020 to 2021. He previously availed himself for several years at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where he began in 2007 and advanced to such roles as senior director and principal of product strategy and management by the time of his departure in 2018.
Outside of his primary endeavors, Mr. Singh holds extensive experience consulting at the "big four" accounting firms, including PricewaterhouseCoopers. Well-recognized for his rare combination of strategic vision and practical experience, he has been in high demand as a public speaker, writer and expert at various industry conferences and events. Likewise, he has been hailed for his performance with numerous accolades, including listings in several top innovator and executive lists by ACI, Fintech Atlanta and JPMC.
Mr. Singh initially studied computer science and engineering at the North Eastern Regional Institute of Science & Technology at North Hill University, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science. Following this accomplishment, he earned an MBA in finance, marketing and strategy at the Kenan-Flagler Business School of the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. He has also received executive leadership training from the Harvard Business School, and remains active in the field as a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors.
In accounting for his success, Mr. Singh largely credits his humble upbringing – despite experiencing a scarcity of opportunities, his father ensured that his children all received a quality education.
