Prior to founding Fusion Medical Care, Ms. Gold served as a reviewing pharmacist for network operations at CVS Health in Scottsdale from 2018 to 2020. In this role, she was responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficacy of medication reviews, which played a crucial part in patient care and safety. Before her tenure at CVS Health, she worked as an MTM pharmacist in clinical intervention services at UnitedHealth Group in Phoenix from 2017 to 2018, where she focused on medication therapy management to optimize therapeutic outcomes for patients.
From 2014 to 2017, Ms. Gold earned distinction as the founder and pharmacist in charge at Westgate Rx Pharmacy in Peoria, Arizona, which she developed into a complete wellness center housing multiple integrative practitioners. Her leadership and dedication were pivotal in managing pharmacy operations and enhancing patient services. Earlier in her career, she served as a clinical specialist pharmacist at Express Scripts in Scottsdale from 2008 to 2014, where she specialized in clinical pharmacy services and contributed to the development of innovative pharmaceutical care programs.
Before embarking on her professional journey, Ms. Gold earned a Bachelor of Science in pharmacy from St. John's University, graduating cum laude in 1997, just a few years after her immigration to the United States from the former Soviet Union and the birth of her son. Remarkably, she completed this rigorous five-year program in just four and a half years, despite English being her secondary language at the time. In addition to her academic credentials, Ms. Gold holds several professional certifications. She is a diplomate certified by the American Board of Anti-Aging Health Practitioners and has been a licensed pharmacist with the Arizona State Board of Pharmacy since 1998 and the New York State Board of Pharmacy since 1997. Her commitment to continuous learning and professional development is further evidenced by her membership with the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine since 2014.
Ms. Gold attributes much of her success to the unwavering support of her husband Gary, whom she considers her biggest supporter. They raised three beautiful children, two of them are with doctorate degrees. Outside of her professional endeavors, she enjoys traveling with her family, playing the piano, and practicing aerial yoga.
