Ms. Padilla-Sauber graduated with a Bachelor of Science in biology from the University of California Irvine in 1994 and a master's degree in health care administration management from the University of Southern California in 1998. In addition to her academic achievements, she obtained several certifications that have further solidified her expertise. She is certified in health care compliance through the Kaiser Permanente Executive Leadership Program at Harvard Business School, and health care compliance and health care privacy compliance through the Health Care Compliance Association.
