Dr. Wright is not just an educational administrator but also an inspirational leader. Her years of expertise in educational administration are evident in her role as the assistant principal of the Moreno Valley Unified School District. She ensures students arrive early or on time, visits classrooms to oversee teachers and students, addresses any disciplinary issues, ensures that Tier 1 strategies are implemented, and holds regular awards ceremonies to promote a positive environment for her students. Her leadership skills are further demonstrated in her previous roles as the District's ESY summer school principal and assistant principal. Over the years, Dr. Wright has gained valuable expertise in educational counseling, teaching, and more with the San Bernardino Unified School District and the Employment Development Department.

Dr. Wright's dedication to learning is a testament to her commitment to educational administration. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in international business administration from Texas Wesleyan University, an MBA with a global business emphasis from the University of Redlands, a Master of Science in educational counseling and Pupil Personnel Services Credential from National University's Sanford College of Education, and an EdD with concentration in community college leadership and change from Fielding Graduate University. She has further expanded her expertise with a Master of Science in applied school leadership from the National University and Tier I Credential through ASCA, a clear administrative credential from the University of California, Irvine, a Tier II Administrative credential, and a certificate of neurodiversity and inclusion from the University of La Verne. Her pursuit of a Master of Legal Studies in employment and human resources law from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law clearly indicates her commitment to continuous professional development. Dr. Wrigt was awarded $30,000.00 in scholarships. She received the Government & Nonprofit Leader Scholarship for $20,000, Outstanding Achievement Scholarship of $5,000, and the Bruin Award for $5,000.

Dr. Wright is a leader within the school system and a dedicated community member. She aligns herself with the Association of California School Administrators and the California Association of African American Superintendents and Administrators, staying abreast of changes in the field. Her commitment to her community is further demonstrated through her role as a mentor with Uncommon Good and United Way for years, where she shares her knowledge and experience to uplift others.

Dr. Wright has achieved much throughout her career, serving as assistant principal of various programs at Sunnymead Middle School. Additionally, she oversees the special education team, safety committee, the garden committee at Sunnymeadows Elementary School, where the teacher team was awarded $70,000 grant to continue providing supplies for their garden on site. While her career has been filled with highlights, she takes the most pride in working with African American parents during her time as an assistant principal. For her achievements, she won the AAPAC of the Month Award with her school site 2022-2023 year. She currently is an assistant principal at Seneca and Ridgecrest Elemetary.

Though hard work and dedication have brought her far in her career, Dr. Wright credits her success to her desire for continued personal and professional improvement. In the coming years, she aims to create a portfolio showcasing her commitment to her work. Her ultimate goal is establishing a safe and nurturing environment for her students and eventually becoming a school principal.
