He previously worked as a project manager at the Institute for Scientific Research (ISR) from 2001 to 2004, where he completed projects for NASA's Hubble Space Telescope and Intelligent Flight Control Systems, and was a software engineer for Westinghouse Process Control from 1999 to 2001. Before embarking on his career journey, he served as an operations specialist in the U.S. Navy from 1993 until 1997, gaining valuable experience in military operations.
Mr. Skias's academic background and certifications have been instrumental in his success in the digital marketing and InsurTech industries. He first earned a Bachelor of Science in computer science from Bethany College in 2000, laying the groundwork for his career success. He has also obtained several accreditations, including being HubSpot Marketing Software certified from HubSpot Academy in 2023 and a Certified ScrumMaster.
