Since 2022, he has served as the founder, owner and chief executive officer of Clarify Wellness LLC, an organization though where as a Board Certified Nurse Coach he helps his clients thrive. Establishing partnerships with local universities and businesses, Mr. Rotman dedicates himself to training professionals diagnosed with ADHD to develop the skills and tools to succeed and thrive. In this regard, he created an eight-week program to help newly diagnosed individuals, gaining a robust understanding of themselves, their ADHD, and their strengths, to progress with their goals. In addition, Mr. Rotman offers private coaching and corporate coaching creating as great an impact as possible. He utilizes relationship building and leverages social media platforms for outreach and community partnerships.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Rotman grew his experience in a multitude of areas across the nursing care spectrum. He initiated his career at Valley Forge Medical Center, an in-patient detox and rehabilitation center, in 2013 as a staff nurse where he gained a deep understanding and compassion for the invisible struggles that so many people go through. He moved on to advance his skill sets as a cardiac-telemetry and stroke step-down nurse at Chestnut Hill Hospital in 2014 and 2015. In 2016 Mr. Rotman took the leap to become a cardiac-telemetry nurse at Temple University Hospital, the leading trauma care and lung transplant hospital in Philadelphia. Mr. Rotman spent the majority of his bedside career at Temple University hospital serving in a variety of roles. He was a nursing leader, worked in the Interventional Radiology procedural department, and as a float nurse caring for all patient types, from transplants to COVID until 2022. In 2022 Mr. Rotman took a travel float nurse position with ARM-staffing to explore how other health institutions functioned. Most recently, Mr. Rotman served as a postoperative oncology nurse at Fox Chase Cancer Center between 2022 and 2024. Over the course of his career, Mr. Rotman has devoted himself to martial arts starting at the age of 14 and as a student, then instructor at the Yang's Martial Arts School between 2007 and 2014 and training at IEF Martial Arts Academy between 2014 and 2020, exemplifying his passion for martial arts. To wit, he holds a master black belt in Taekwondo, a black belt in Kung Fu, and several teaching certifications, a commendation, and competition trophies and medals. It has been through his Martial Arts training that he has been trained in meditation and mindfulness, which he incorporates in his professional practice. He currently trains in Eskrima in his leisure time.
Highly educated, Mr. Rotman holds an Associate of Applied Science in registered nursing from Montgomery County Community College and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in registered nursing and nurse leadership from Grand Canyon University. In 2023, he became board-certified as a nurse coach through the American Holistic Nurses Association, having held prior certifications in advanced cardiac life support and basic life support and as a trauma nurse specialist. Most recently he rounded out his training becoming an ADHD Certified Service Provider in 2024. He has been licensed as a Registered Nurse since 2012.
In light of his outstanding achievements, Mr. Rotman was featured in Bold Journey and Canvas Rebel in 2024 and has been an invited speaker at various high schools, colleges, universities and companies. In accounting for his success, he credits the influence, support and encouragement of his parents, who taught him the power of resilience when facing challenges associated with his diagnosis of ADHD in his formative years. As a result, Mr. Rotman has developed a resolute understanding of himself, which has propelled him forward to success, and that he works with his clients to develop for themselves.
